You can switch to any of the IMAP accounts by clicking on the Switch accounts icon displayed on the account card in the Mail Accounts settings page. Select the particular POP/IMAPВ account to switch to the account and view the emails in the account. Once you add the POP/IMAP accounts, all the accounts will be added to the left pane. Once verified, you will be able to send emails from the account without any verification.

Provide the confirmation code in the text box.

In the specified email address, you would have received a confirmation email from Zoho.

Click the вЂ VerifyвЂ™ icon corresponding to the email address.

Steps to verify the Reply-To email address:

A verification email will be sent to the Reply To address during configuration, with a confirmation code. When you configure your IMAP account with a different Reply To address, you need to verify the Reply To address to start sending emails.

When you update any info, you will be taken to the authentication page for verification. You can update all info such asВ Account Name, Default from email address, Reply to email address, and the Sync emails from date. Once done, you can access the emails of your IMAP account in Zoho Mailbox. It may take some time for the emails to sync completely.

You will be required to grant Zoho permissions to read, write, and access your emails.ДЄfter a few seconds, your account will get added successfully.

You will be taken to your email service provider's login page in the pop-up window. If you want to configure IMAP for any other service provider's email, refer here. OAuth verification is only available for Outlook and Office 365В accounts.

Specify the date from which you want to sync emails of your IMAP account to the Zoho mailbox.

Enter your email address in the respective field.

Choose IMAPВ as the Account Type and then choose your external mail account provider.

You can authorize your Outlook and Office 365 email accounts using OAuth without providing any password.

That is, OAuth does not require a password rather provides authorization tokensВ to authenticate aВ user. OAuth (Open standard Authorization protocol) is a framework that provides secured designated access. Add Outlook and Office 365 accounts using OAuth

Only after the verification, you will be able to send emails using that particular email address. If the Outgoing server details could not be authenticated directly, you will receive a verification email to the address provided. Once both Incoming and Outgoing server details have been verified successfully, the account will be listed in the IMAP Accounts page.

Specify whether you want to send an email via the Custom SMTP server Zoho SMTP.

Outgoing Server Details for Sending Email: If you fail to do so, the account will be disabled and you need to update the 'Password' to enable it. Make sure you update the 'Password' details in Zoho when you change in the actual account.

Authenticate by specifying the User name and Password for the account, used in your server.

You can also specify from which date you want to sync emails of your IMAP account to the Zoho mailbox.

If you don't want to save a copy of emails sent from the Zoho Mail server via your IMAP account, you can uncheck this option.

Choose SSL Encryption.В We do not support servers with self-signed certificates.

Provide the IMAP Incoming server name and Port numberВ (Refer to your Email service provider's help documentation/support for these details).В Zoho Mail supports standard ports 110 and 995 for the Incoming server.

Select the Set this as default optionВ checkbox if you want to view this account as soon as you login.

Specify the Email address you want to configure and a preferred Account Name, Default From email,В and Reply to emailВ for the Account.

Click Zoho if you want to configure another Zoho account and OthersВ for any other service provider.

If you want to configure Office 365 or Outlook accounts, follow the OAuth authentication method. Choose your external mail account provider.

Navigate to Mail Accountsand click Add Mail Account.вЂ‹Add accounts using password authentication Incoming Server Details for Receiving Email: The storage spaceВ for the IMAP accountВ will be utilized from the overall mail storage available in your plan.This feature is only available for Paid plan users.
